"Chose this for the great location. It was typical for a 2-star and clean. The room was very cold - colder than outside, and the radiator did nothing. I suspect the central heating had been turned off. It was about 45F in the room and the water was even colder. The sheets and pillows were cold, the room was near freezing, This made my stay in the lovely town of Vichy pretty poor. I did see a lot because I couldn´t stand to be in the room."
