The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills. Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Endroit bien situé pour visiter Florence,San Gimignano et Sienne. Tres belle vue sur Badia a Passignano.

Ferienwohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern

Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt nicht sauber. Zustand muss als Heruntergekommenen bezeichnet werden: Risse an den Wänden, muffiger Geruch, Dusche defekt. Auch die Anlage um die Häuser war in keinem ansprechenden Zustand. Insgesamt sehr verwahrlost , herumliegende Gegenstände, Tonscherben etc. Daneben hatten wir Hornissen in der Hauswand unseres Ferienhauses, so dass keine Fenster geöffnet werden konnten. Dazu kam, dass die Klimaanlage defekt war. Insgesamt also kein Ort für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Da weder Abhilfe geleistet wurde noch jemand mit uns in Verbindung getreten ist, sind wir vorzeitig wieder abgereist.

Perfecte locatie, wat alles vergoedde. Routebeschrijving zeer ondermaats. Huis ongeschikt voor 4 personen, laat staan volwassenen. 2e slpkmr nodig voor koffers. Piepkleine slpkmrs. (Keuken-)inventaris aan vervanging toe. Jammer, want veel potentie! Eigenaren allervriendelijkst. Bezoek aan abdij waar je op uitkijkt aanrader.
