"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house and can highly recommend it.The house is very comfortable, well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden is fantastic and a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which is exceptionally well equipped and made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable.Everything was very clean and thoughtfully prepared, and we immediately felt at home. Enrico & Simone were a great host and made our stay very pleasant.We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!"

"Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But it was clean and lots of space!"

"A clean hotel, we got upgraded so no issues on room was updated and pleasant, AC could have been stronger but was ok, nice buffet breakfast with good assortment of food:) Front desk ladies were helpful in giving restaurant suggestions in the surrounding area 👌"

"Très belle endroit avec 2 magnifiques piscines, la chambre était super propre et bien décorée. Ne pas oublier qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé mais les gros mur de briques garde bien la fraîcheur. N’oubliez pas de louer une voiture c’est primordial."

"The villa was beautiful, even more spacious than expected. The outside was quintessential Tuscany, serene and breathtaking. Luigi was one of the most responsive and gracious hosts we have encountered. He always responded quickly and when asked questions beyond his scope he would seek the answers. He invited us to dine at his family’s restaurant, which was the best meal we had during our time visiting the region. It was so great we dined there again on our last night. We had an amazing time in Tuscany and it was amplified by the home, Luigi and La Toppa!!!"

"The breakfasts were delicious and staf was very accommodating. The rooms were beautiful & clean. Staff bent over backwards to help us and treated us with kindness & respect. We will go back in a heartbeat!"
