Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful & friendly, especially on the front desk. Quiet area with transport links very close by. Didn’t really use though as preferred walking or used taxi when needed. Very Good Location near metro and Sants Barcelona train station.Excellent staff all around.Checkin was quick and efficient by Jenni who also went out of her way explaining nearby sights.Also staff in dining area Veronica and Mae went out of their way pleasing my wife's food requirement of Gluten and Dairy Free.Breakfast was Excellent with plenty of hot and cold offerings.Some disappointing aspects were …Air Conditioning was fixed to warm (24C) and had to open window for any ventilation.Unable to get bath tap to work as mechanism locked on shower only.Was unable to get shower to ideal temp as either cold or very hot…temperature would continually change whilst having a shower.Only liquid soap available to wash in shower and basin.TV has limited English stations.Staff were the Highlight here and if room improvements could be made, would gladly stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel, nice staff and close to the train station. The only downside to the room was that you could hear everything happening in the corridor through the door of the room. I chose the hotel specifically because it had a gym, but it was the smallest and least equipped gym I have ever seen..
