This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.

Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

The apartment was wonderful except the metal pulls on the cabinets. I sliced my arm open on one so be careful. The location near Los Ramblos was perfect and the Rico Rico restaurant just a few steps away was excellent.

We appreciated the convenience of the location to the beach. la Rambla, and the grocery store. Perfect set up for 3 couples. We drew straws for the primary suite and then 2 couples shared the hall bathroom. Elevator was very handy too since it was on the 4 th floor.

Perfect place for a perfect price!!!

If you are a person, who’s looking the balance between accommodation price and location this is the right place to go, very nice and clean apartment and a great location safety gate, safety electronic doors, the apartment has a elevator so you have no problem to move your stuff. We are our first time in Barcelona and the location of the place is incredible at one block from metro station, next to the ramblas. If I going back to Barcelona, definitely I will take this place again!!!

Casa perfecta en La Rambla!

This was a great location, located right on the edge of the gothic quarter. Easy access to many historical sites, restaurants, coffee, dessert, the beach and more. Booking and check-in was easy, and the communication in between was simplistic without any issues. The flat came stocked with coffee, kitchen ware, fresh towels and linen. We would definitely stay again.

very close to all la rambla and any tourist attractions near the water. fantastic communication on check in and check out as well. only ask would be to have more towels, but that is hardly enough of a reason not to stay here.

Fun stay in Barcelona

The management team for the ClassBedroom apartments made it an easy transaction. They provided info on how to best get to the place and the pricing was fair. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. The apartment had modern plumbing & furnishings and the AC kept the rooms cool. The elevator was also operational, nice when you have a 4th floor room!The location is a little off the beaten path but close to the historical LaRamba area (close the Columbus circle) with several restaurants within walking distance. This was our first trip to Spain and Barcelona, staying in the city. The security to the building and apartment was impressive with auto locking locks, making the group feel safe during the stay. Thanks Marco for your help and your assurances !making this a wonderful stay!

Exactly what was described

Spectacular location, near la Rambla, walking distance to many things, with the Drassanes stop literally a hundred meters for the units front door. The unit itself was good for our family of 5, with 6 separate beds and a washer & dryer in the unit. The neighborhood itself is definitely “up and coming,” and felt a little dicey at night but we experienced no issues

Conveniently located but neighborhood leaves something to be desired

Apartment itself was very nice, evidently recently renovated, clean and modern with conveniences such as a microwave, washer and dryer, and Nespresso coffee maker. All of these appliances worked, but as in many parts of Barcelona, there was an electricity problem. In this case, we had to turn the fuses on and off to reset them. There were also bugs- ants in the bathroom and a huge roach in the downstairs hallway (not in the apt itself). Apt was convenient to transportation such as the metro, but the area was not great- strong urine smell in the street and didn’t feel safe. Would recommend families reconsider this location.

Great location and lovely apartment!

What a great little place to stay! The unit was clean, well-maintained and perfect for 5 of us to stay four days. The location was great as it's right off Las Ramblas, where all the action happens. Just a heads up that the entrance is off an alley, which can look a little sketchy when you first arrive. However, it's lovely once you get in. Great place!

Amazing!

Super clean, walking distance to the touristic places like Las Ramblas, the beach, and to the metro. Had a AC, washing machine and drier which was very helpful for a travelling family of five! We are on an all-around-Europe trip, and so far our favourite apartment we stayed at!

Barcelona apartment

Great location and nice size for six people. Adequately furnished although the beds could use more pillows. Bathrooms fine, nice showers, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.The main problem we had is noise from the street in front of the apartment where two of the bedrooms were located. The building was quiet as required by the landlord during night time hours but unfortunately there were businesses and other tourists/residents across the street who were very noisy at night, especially on Monday night. Seemed a strange night for a party but there seemed to be one. This apartment has a great location, very convenient to metro and taxi's plus lots of coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Host was very responsive to inquiries and the keypad entry was very easy compared to figuring out who had the key and who needed the key.

Three nights in Barcelona. Property was very nice and well equipped. Location to La Ramblas and Metro station was great. A little loud in back bedrooms but overall not too bad. Once we figured out AC it was good.
