Loved our stay, was very cool having the app and key on our phone, plus access to staff 24/7. Location was nice and close to the action. Great sized apartment, so nice to have separate rooms. Would absolutely recommend!

This property has spacious rooms that are very nice! It also had laundry facilities available to the guests for free which were very handy. There is a small market (grocery store) directly across the street which was useful for grabbing drinks and snacks. The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic! Access to the building and the hotel room were available via a code which was very empty because there was no searching for the key card or fumbling for a key. I did not take part in breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but I highly recommend this location to Travelers.

We enjoyed the location as it was a walk to the metro and the beaches. The rooms were of a good size and well designed and maintained which were perfect for our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of staff/human presence, even when they were there. Whenever I wanted to ask for something it felt like I was disrupting them from another job they were doing on a computer behind the desk that was more of a priority. There was also an expectation of knowing procedures for check in and check out using technology rather than with a human being which I found to be a great shame and certainly lacking in hospitality.

This was our 5th stop in our Europe trip. We were happy they offer laundry service at no cost. We were able to wash some clothes as we had one more stop after this. Breakfast was pretty pleasant. They do have a fee for that, but it was good. Our trip was short and sweet. we enjoyed staying here.

Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.

This hotel was honestly amazing! I love that the check in and check out are all done electronically. I was shocked that the kitchen was a proper kitchen with a stovetop and had all the cooking essentials. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable, especially the sofabed!! It felt like a normal bed! This place exceeded my expectations and would definitely come back

We didn’t eat breakfast there, but the room was a good size and comfortable beds, air conditioning and heating worked well too. staff were super helpful- Our son had an accident one evening and the desk quickly provided bedding. We also had an issue with our uber to the airport and the desk quickly called us a replacement taxi, ensuring there was a child seat available for our youngest
