This unit was a major letdown. The photos show a bright, clean space, but the reality is completely different—run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. It’s far from the water and hard to access. Even taxis and delivery drivers couldn’t locate it.Check-in was confusing, and the host was largely unresponsive, leaving me to call after landing in Barcelona just to confirm the address.Cleanliness was unacceptable. The pool and patio were filthy, with broken boards and unsafe furniture. The pool itself was freezing and dirty. The oven didn’t work, the laundry machine took over 4 hours due to the low quality and there were no instructions. Couldn't find remote for blinds in the living room.The bathrooms were in terrible condition: missing paint, black marks on the walls, broken fixtures, and an unfinished ceiling. Bedrooms had stained sheets, dirty walls, and uncomfortable beds. Essentials like hand soap, paper towels, and usable cookware were missing.Customer service was nonexistent—concerns were ignored or passed around between the host, property management team and Vrbo. Despite clear misrepresentation, I was denied a refund.We left after one night to avoid ruining our trip. The lack of reviews should be a red flag. Avoid this listing at all costs.
