The Space

Inside, every detail is designed for comfort and ease. The bedroom features a cozy double bed and a dedicated workspace for when you need a quiet moment. A closed balcony, with large windows connecting to both the bedroom and living room, includes a dining table for three—a delightful spot for meals or morning coffee. The living room invites you to relax with a comfy sofa and a 55” LED TV, while the fully equipped kitchen offers new appliances, including a microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, and classic Moka pot for your caffeine fix.

Enjoy modern amenities throughout: a sleek bathroom, high-speed fiber optic WiFi (Fibra SMART 500Mb), AC in the living area, and all the essentials provided—linens, towels, cooking basics, and more. Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fhigh-speed fiber optic WiFi (Fibra SMART 500Mb), and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be :)

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €200 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet

Standard Check-in is from 15:00h to 20:00h. However, we can accommodate late arrivals as well. Please note that there are extra charges for late arrivals:

Between 20:00-00:00 the fee is €25 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
After 00:00 the fee is €50 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
