Very cozy and bright flat located in Barcelona down town, gothic area, few minutes from the beach and just next to the cathedral, market places, night life pubs and restaurants just next to it, hight enough to stay quiet in the middle of the movida , public transports very close! Central and bright apartment in the Gothic quarter, near the beach next to the cathedral, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets and buses and metro right next door, high floor and quiet!

Loved my stay at Eva's place in the Gothic Quarter. We spent 3 months here from September to December (me, my wife, daughter and pet!) and it was the ideal place to stay. The apartment is a great size - 3 bedrooms (two doubles too, one of them has a juliette balcony overlooking one of the Gothic Quarter's main streets), bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and a utility room with a washer/dryer - no need for any trips to the launderette! You're a few minutes' walk away from Barcelona Cathedral and a metro station. The marina is about 7 or 8 minutes' walk away and you can be at the beach in 15 mins. It's got everything you need for a long-term stay (the main bedroom has a desk/workstation too) and it's perfect for a short city break as well. Eva is a wonderful host who'll make sure you're well-attended to and you have everything you need... Can't recommend this place highly enough. We had a fantastic time.
