Mooi hotel en een heerlijke ruime kamer wat echt top was! Jammer dat de tv iets aan de kleine kant was en er geen mogelijkheid was om te streamen maar dat is een maar een klein verbeterpunt. De supermarkt (Lidl) was om de hoek. Goede verbinding met OV en veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Good: -clean room -friendly staff -location of the hotel; calm and quiet street but not far away from the main road and stores Bad: -one of the two elevators was out of service during our whole 5 day-stay. You might have to wait a few minutes because there is only one elevator and it may be full already -no toilet brush -the hallway on the first floor where we stayed had stains in the carpet and stains on the walls. That is not ok for a 4-star hotel. -bad sensor on the tv. The tv didn’t sense the remote, so you have to click on the button many times. -no regular power outlets next to the beds, only usb-ports. Nowadays most chargers have a usb-c cable, not usb-a, so we couldn’t charge our phone while laying in bed. I’d recommend a power bank!

This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean, quiet, fantastic breakfasts with plenty of variety. The two waitresses are extremely helpful and friendly, as are all the reception staff and lovely room attendants. It was great fun with us all trying to speak Spanish and English. A mystery clue for you: guess where the room numbers are located !!

The staff was fine. The refrigerator did not work. I could not get through on the phone to the front desk. When I went downstairs I was told they could not fix it -- that person fixes these issues was not there and they could not fix the refrigerator or put in a replacement. We had a room with a patio. Not worth the getting the patio upgrade. The rear view is a courtyard with balconies with laundry and other storage items.
