The double bed sits on the cosy mezzanine level overlooking the living space, while the comfortable sofa bed below allows the apartment to sleep up to 2 guests in total.

The fully equipped kitchen, with its colourful patterned tiles, has everything you need to cook, and the stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and elegant hydraulic-style floor tiles.

You'll also find a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, air conditioning with smart control, a flat-screen TV, and an extendable dining table perfect for meals at home.

Through the glass doors, your private interior patio awaits — a peaceful, plant-filled corner with a bistro table, ideal for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Please note the apartment is on the ground floor, with the patio facing the quiet internal side of the building.

Please note: the height of the mezanine ceiling is of about 180cm.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private patio and laundry area. Check-in is completely flexible and independent — the apartment has a smart lock for self check-in, and you'll receive your personal access code along with full arrival instructions before your stay. Being on the ground floor, there are no stairs or lifts to worry about on arrival.

Our team is available throughout your stay via the app or phone. We're happy to help with recommendations, directions or anything you may need.

Gràcia is Barcelona's creative soul: a former independent village that keeps its bohemian charm, with lively squares like Plaça del Sol and Plaça de la Virreina, independent boutiques, vermut bars and some of the city's best restaurants. You're a short stroll from Gaudí's Casa Vicens and about 20 minutes' walk from Park Güell and Passeig de Gràcia, with metro and bus connections nearby putting the whole city within easy reach.

The apartment is superbly connected. Fontana metro station (L3, green line) is just a few minutes' walk away, taking you directly to Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, while Joanic station (L4, yellow line) is also within easy walking distance. The FGC Gràcia station connects you to Plaça Catalunya in minutes and to destinations like Tibidabo and Sant Cugat. Several bus lines run along Travessera de Gràcia and Gran de Gràcia, criss-crossing the city, and taxis and ride-share services are always easy to find. From Plaça Catalunya you can catch the Aerobús or train to El Prat Airport — door to door in around 40 minutes.

Check‑in is available from 3:00 PM, always subject to availability and prior confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need a different time.

To make you feel at home from the very first moment, you will find a basic welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag.
If during your stay you need extra cleaning or a change of bed linen, just let us know and we will organize it for a small additional charge.

We want to keep the apartment in the best condition for everyone, so smoking is not allowed inside. If any smoke smell or residue (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) is detected, a minimum charge of €200 will be applied.

For stays longer than 30 nights, we include responsible use of utilities with a €80 limit, designed to keep consumption balanced.

Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights).

Additional keys: €20 (subject to availability, also in case of loss or door opening)
Extra cleaning with change of bed linen: same cost as the standard cleaning
Additional linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, for example if the sofa bed is used)
