We loved the location of this hotel. So close to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. We had two balconies off our room. The staff was so helpful and we had a delicious breakfast. Probably the best of our trip, including on our cruise ship. Would defintely book this again.

We had an issue with 2 different taxi drivers didn’t want to bring us to this hotel - saying streets are narrow in this place. But hotel book a taxi to airport for us and they arrived. We recommend this hotel

The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is excellent; friendly and attentive. The small extras were a nice surprise; a glass of cava at reception, the welcome chocolates in the room, the coffee bar with pastries open all afternoon.

All of Front Desk was amazing. The cleaning staff made everything super clean. The location in Gothic Quarter made everything close by.

The staff was amazing.. the stay was great. The only thing that was really lacking was air conditioning as the ac is set for the same temperature for entire hotel, but they quickly got us a fan for the room. Other than that, we had a great experience here. Close to everything.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The Metro is 5 minutes away, many great shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The staff were great, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is superb. If there is a downside, it can be quite noisy in the evenings outside, but thats the price you pay for a superb location.

Stayed at a fair few H10 hotels around Spain, this one is on a smaller scale to others but still has the H10 charm. All the staff we encountered were very professional & friendly. Lovely clean hotel & rooms well looked after. Only one minor thing the coffee machine in the coffee lounge is a bit temperamental & fiddly but don’t panic there’s an excellent coffee shop directly outside the hotel. Fast WiFi :)
