Very convenient as central hub for exploring Barcelona on foot. Staff pleasant and rooms very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Only real complaint was the wifi quality was poor.

There was water leaking from the ceiling every time the AC was on. Leaked over the floor every day and night we stayed there. We put towels and pillows on the floor. The staff said he couldn’t fix it until after we left. He tried but water kept leaking from the ceiling on to us. :( noisy hotel and thin walls. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very polite and informative. They assisted us with all the questions we had. The only thing that needs to be updated, is that they do not offer breakfast anymore, this was offered a long time ago and new customers need to be aware of this. There is a breakfast place next to the hotel which was very good. Enjoyed the experience at this hotel.

Excellent well located, high quality hotel

What a lovely find! The only reason this hotel is not a 4 star is the lack of amenities such as air con/tea making facilities. The hotel itself is similar quality to a 4 star so don’t let the ratings put you off. Excellent service, clean & comfortable accommodation which is very well located.
