The hotel is in a great location. Safe and very central. Staff were helpful and kind. Another bonus is they offer a laundry service. Laundry came back, smelling great and intact. Rooms were small, but that’s how it is in Europe. The water pressure and hot water was great. Lol Streets were quiet at night.

The hotel is well located and the outside common area was beautiful. Our “queen” bed was 2 twins put together with separate sheets and blankets. It was odd and uncomfortable. And one of the twin bed frames in the family area was broken, causing the bed to rock.

We were extremely happy with our choice. Amazing staff at all levels and very helpful and supportive. The area is fab, close to everything we need. The 3 bedroom apartment was excellent and what we needed we could find inside. The balcony and the terass were very comfortable and convenient. Would love to come back again.

Very clean room and incredible location in a high-end area. I was able to walk everywhere and grab a taxi when needed. When I checked out I had a very difficult time letting the desk know I left my keys in the room. Keys were your typical plastic keys you scan to get into a room. They were very unhappy I left them in the room and scolded me about how they were to get back into the room. I mentioned the cleaning department was able to get into the room when I was out touring and that my keys were activated on site when I checked in. It was very uncomfortable and I was headed to the airport. When checking in if this is the policy please accurately ask your customers to checkout with the keys. This is not a common process in other countries.

Honestly this hotel is well situated since it’s right next to good restaurants and shops. The rooms are a bit basic and old, the BIGGEST drawback here is the lack of Air conditioning. Mind you I went mid june I cannot imagine staying in this hotel in the middle of the summer. At night it was soo hot could barely sleep. I don’t think I would be able to stay again just for that.

The hotel was nice and we liked the location. We were able to get into the room a little early which was nice. The room was a nice size for the four of us and we had a view of Casa Mila from our room! The air conditioning was not working during our stay during the heat wave which was rough. The elevator also was not working at one point. However they had people coming to work on both so at least they seemed to be on it.
