Great location right in the center of downtown. Walking distance to most places. Hotel was good too - room was comfortable. Area seems safe. Supermarket right outside the hotel. Gave a 20 euro deposit to get Hot Water Kettle from lobby. Will recommend for stay.

Great location and staff, but the windows in the room did a very poor job of blocking out any street noise. It was always very noisey until late into the night which made Gettin to bed tough. The ac also stopped working half way through our last night which also made sleeping tough.

What a great hotel! Ideal location just off Las Ramblas but very quiet in a lovely square with bars and restaurants. Very clean and lovely staff. Highly recommend. The tapas bar opposite the hotel is great !

Hotel is beautiful. Although steps from the Rambla, the Rambla was under construction and the street leading to the hotel was run down. The placa in front of the hotel was a meeting site for many unhoused people. Boquiera market was very close and something you should check out! The room walls and ceilings are paper thin and NOT sound insulated at all! Front desk staff were not friendly at all. Nobody initiated a “Hola” or anything. We had to speak first to get any reaction. The hotel itself is great, with the room we had (triple) was very large and spacious. Breakfast had many choices of food and types of coffees. The breakfast ladies were great! Go up to the Placa de Catalunya and above for great shopping and a lot less of the “tourist shop” experience.

The hotel was in a great location close to everything! The building was well maintained and our room was perfect. There was a ton of storage and having three beds was ideal. The room above us, and the people staying there, were quite loud in the early mornings but nothing that ruined our day! We will stay again when we return to Barcelona!
