Welcome to our loft in the heart of Barcelona with a small private patio in the most central area of the city. The apartment is fully equipped and is perfect for exploring as access to public transport is just a few minutes walk away, you will also find supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas less than 100 meters away. This cozy apartment is perfect for small families or couples.

This apartment has 1 open bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and bedding. The bedroom is warm and cozy, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This loft has 1 full bathroom with everything you need, from towels to toiletries.

Even if you want to spend your time exploring the city's famous restaurants, sometimes there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easier.

The living area is located in the center of the apartment, so it is easy to move around the space, and there you will find a 24' Smart TV. Please note that this unit has AC only in the living room area.

This apartment comes with a small private patio which is ideal for enjoying a conversation with your family and friends over a good drink, or you can also enjoy a morning coffee.

When you stay in this unit, you have access to everything, as it is rented to one family at a time, so you have maximum privacy and space. We will be happy to give you all the information necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great place

I absolutely loved this place! It’s just as pictured and the location is incredible and walking distance to so much! I would definitely stay here again. Communication with property manager was a bit slow and I was supposed to get a blow dryer replacement but never heard back. However it wasn’t really a big deal and I would totally stay here again. Thank you so much!

Cute place and great location

The apartment is perfect for a couple or three people. Very much like the pictures but a bit dark during the day mostly because it’s on the ground floor. We really enjoyed the stay and it was very well equipped. The only complaint during a week’s stay was it rained one evening and there were sewer fumes coming from the bathroom. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Well equipped apartment in a great location.

We used la Vila de Gràcia for a short stay in Barcelona. The ground floor apartment is clean and well equipped. The check-in process worked well with Franco meeting us just before midnight as our flight was very delayed. It is well situated within walking distance of lots of attractions, restaurants and bars. A metro station is a few minutes walk away for places further afield. It is certainly an apartment that I would recommend.
