Modern and very comfortable apartment with all amenities. Nearby the Europa Fira Barcelona at 15 min by metro/bus from Barcelona center (Plaza Cataluña) and 15 minutes from the airport by car. Ideal for families and couples. Residential and quiet in family area.
The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends. This apartment is intended for families, couples or business trips.

If I am not around to check you in, then my friends of Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. The apartment is very close to the Fira of Barcelona. This is an ideal location for those who come to Barcelona for work. You are only 15 minutes away from the pl. Catalunya by public transport. So you will have the unique possibility to get acquainted with a quiet neighbourhood being quite close to the centre.

You will have free access to all the spaces of the apartment and building. You will be alone at the apartment. Thereare 2 elevators in the building. There is also a parking included in the same building, if you need it. Any time you can contact us through this platform or by phone. Before you come to the apartment it will be cleaned.

You will stay in a modern apartment of 2 bedrooms and a living room.
The apartment is big enough, it has 85 m2.
You will have a double bed in a suite dormitory with a bathroom and two individual beds in a second room. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat.
If you come by car, no problem, we have a parking place in the same building.
If you like views, this apartment is just for you. It is situated on the last floor (don't be scared, there are 2 elevators). You can enjoy the sunset from your own private terrace, taking a cup of coffee or GinTonic :-)
Of course, there is a high speed optic fibre wifi connection (300Mb) in the whole apartment.

----- SPECIAL HYGIENIC PROTOCOL-----

Cleaning the apartment has always been one of my biggest concerns when I receive new guests, however, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have considered that the cleaning process needs to be modified and the flat must not just be cleaned, but also disinfected as much as possible.

For this, after each reservation the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, following the cleaning recommendations of the government and international institutions, like the World Health Organization.

All the maneuvers are carried out with disposable masks and gloves, while the apartment is in constant ventilation. In addition, we are using special cleaning and disinfection products following the UNE-EN 1447 standard, both on surfaces (doorknobs, switches, tables, among others) as well as textiles (cushions, curtains and carpets, for example) and using them according to their instructions, taking the time that is required for each one for an optimal result. Sheets and towels are washed and disinfected in a professional laundry service, where they are exposed to high temperatures, eliminating any possibility of viruses.

Beside this new cleaning and disinfection protocol, we are leaving at the apartment special disinfection products for you, in the case you want to re-make the process once you arrive. Along with this, you will have hydroalcoholic hands gel at your disposal.

Consequently, we have also adapted our check-in protocol. A friend will welcome you at the entrance of the building, he will wear a mask and keep the security distance (1.5 m) throughout the process. We guarantee that it will be fast and contactless. Please remember that the use of masks will be mandatory.

The flat is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Eulalia, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a few kilometres south of Barcelona.

This area was formerly a working-class neighbourhood with a strong industrial presence. In recent years, however, urban renewal has taken place and the area has been transformed into a residential and commercial neighbourhood.

Among the tourist attractions close to the flat are the Can Mercader Park, which has large green areas and several hiking trails, and the Joventut Theatre, which hosts a wide range of cultural performances.

As for the typical bars and restaurants in the area, the tavern Els 4 Gats, where you can enjoy typical Catalan dishes, and the restaurant Casa de Tapas Cañota, which offers a varied selection of tapas and raciones.

As for means of transport, the apartment is very well served by public transport, with several bus lines and the Santa Eulalia metro station just a few minutes' walk from the flat. In addition, the proximity of the Avenida del Carrilet allows easy access by car to the city of Barcelona.

- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
-Starting in May 1th, a tourist tax of 1.10€ per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- Please note that for reservations from 28 days an extra 200 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet)
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
