The apartment that we initially booked was in very bad condition. Floor broken in multiple places, dangerous for our daughter. Very bad smell, like cigarette smoke, or even mold. Did not look like in the photos at all. Terrible experience. The initial impression of the brand was bad. However, the support staff was very helpful and moved us into an amazing apartment. It had everything we needed and we felt at home there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others as well! Thank you! Klāvs

Cet appartement semble avoir été laissé à l'abandon ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, et ce, depuis DES MOIS ! Toiles d'araignée et poussière au sol, sur les murs et sur les tapisseries. Des cheveux par dizaine sur les lits avec de la poussière bien visible sur les draps blancs, un canapé plein de tâches de gras (?), les coussins de déco sont bon à jeter, la porte donnant accès au lave-linge ne ferme pas bien (pas du tout sécurisé donc), il y avait de l'urine partout sur la cuvette des toilettes, les portes de placard de la cuisine étaient grasses et pleines de poussière, on a retrouvé des grains de riz cuit dans les couverts "propres" etc... Une vraie honte de louer un appartement pareil. Et ne vous fiez pas aux photos, cet appartement n'a pas de lumière ! Les images ont clairement été retouchées pour éclairer la pièce. Sans compter que le balcon donne sur les poubelles de la rue et l'odeur y était insupportable. Pas vraiment non plus de vue sympa sur les arbres mais sur 1 arbre. Et la déco s'envole petit à petit. Comptez 3 ou 4 chapeaux restant accrochés au mur, une seule table basse et des murs blancs sinon. Heureusement que la personne avec qui nous étions en contact a été très réactive et à l'écoute. Elle nous a trouvé un autre logement en moins d'1h. (Seul point positif qui nous a permis de garder notre calme.) Nous n'avons donc passé aucune nuit dans cet appartement vu son état de propreté lamentable !! Nous avons également été chargés plus que le prix initial indiqué sur Abritel, et sommes donc de nouveau en contacte avec l'entreprise pour comprendre pourquoi. Merci la perte de temps et d'énergie pendant nos vacances. Je ne recommande ni cet appartement et ni Abritel donc, qui ne protège pas le montant des paiements.
