Located in historical building in which Picasso’s family first lived when moving to Barcelona from Malaga. Very well located near waterfront and old town including a seven minute walk to Picasso Museum. Veery beautiful rooftop garden with great views.

This is a beautiful historic property, very small, very quiet, meticulously maintained, delicious breakfast, the bed was so comfortable. I actually slept one night for over 11 hours. The bathroom is large and beautiful rainfall shower. The air-conditioning was incredibly necessary even in October and worked perfect. It was in an incredible part of town with tons of restaurants, shops, laundromat, grocery, anything you would need was within walking distance. Including to many major attractions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. So convenient to the metro, lots of places were walking distance - including la Ramblas. The room was great - large bed, quiet, great bathroom. The kitchen, snacks and water were so appreciated and not expected. The beautiful winding staircase can be hard to manage with luggage - just be warned. We had no problems. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was always fresh muffins and other baked treats along with coffee and tea readily available. We also appreciated that the room was in the downtown center and we were able to walk to the beach, shops and sightseeing areas .

We had two days in Barcelona after our Mediterranean cruise. We arrived when they open at 8:30 and we were able to keep our bags in the locker room until check-in. We were able to rent towels and an umbrella for five euros each which was fabulous. The property was magnificent, the beautiful balcony and all the amenities. Their breakfast was amazing. Definitely pretty cool to stay in Picasso‘s first home in Barcelona!! Really great location close to a lot of fabulous restaurants and sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Only down side is there is no elevator. So pack lite. Two floors to go up to get to rooms. The location and great staff make up for the extra work.

Fantastic stay. Great location in town. Very cool, beautifully renovated building. Bakery goods, coffee, and tea available all day. The room was immaculate. Short walk to a beautiful park, the beaches, the harbor area, great restaurants. Highly recommended.
