The room was comfortable and quite large, great for a toddler to run around in. The shared bathrooms did the job and were kept clean. The shared kitchen was a bit small. Fridge was a bit difficult to get to but did the job. Having a washing machine was very nice. AC Costed 10 euros a day; you have to mention it to the host who will bring you the remote after you pay online. Considering it was mid 30s with high humidity, the AC was worth it. Unfortunately the one downside was communication with the host. There were some difficulties due to a language barrier. After being told that the host needed a bit more time before checkin, we attempted to communicate that we were going to go get some food while we waited for her to be available. Something got lost in the translation and she attempted to let us in while we were eating, forcing us to rush a bit. We also had difficulty communicating that we needed a crib. Communication issues aside, This is a great place to stay, and I would come here again.

The bedding was clean but looked dirty, the floor was not swept, you need the AC otherwise the room feels stuffy, and the air is stagnant, i had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in.

Mallorca Rooms sent us five messages per day reminding us of numerous rules and the check-in and check-out times, which made us feel like children. We also had to pay extra to use the air conditioning, and many other services required additional charges. For this reason, I recommend spending a little more and booking a proper hotel instead.

Generally a functional apartment which fits the purpose except that WIFI only works reasonably in common entrance areas where WIFI device is placed. Extra cost of EUR10/day has been charged for using air-conditioning in sleeping room.

I was notified a few hours before my check in that there was a technical error with my reservation and the room i reserved is currently occupied by another guest. They offered me another apt . when i got there at 4pm check-in...i was not greeted by soemone till 4:45pm. The room was fine but i had to check out the following day by 11am to move back into my original room. I went there and had to store my luggage in a closet there till 4pm again!!!. I was told i must come back to the property at 4pm again to get my luggage . Having my day interrupted....i returned at 4pm and again the room was not ready till 5pm. My entire day in barcelona was inconveniently interrupted by the check in and out process! The room had a very strong order that gave me a headache...The AC unit above my bed was leaking water down my bed. so i couldn't use the AC . Everything about this experience turned out to be the worst booking i ever had.

L’appartement est idéalement placé et très propre. Ce que je regrette c’est qu’il n’y ait aucune fenêtre qui donne vers l’extérieur ( juste vers un puit de lumière central ) ni dans la chambre ni dans les pièces communes ce qui est assez étouffant.

La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y bien ubicada. Cara para ser con baño compartido. Sin embargo, durante el primer día y medio no tuvimos agua caliente. Se disculparon por las molestias pero no nos compensaron de ninguna manera. Creo que en un viaje turístico, poder darte una ducha es algo fundamental, y no lo pudimos hacer ni el día de llegada ni antes de salir del apartamento la mañana siguiente.

Ci siamo fermati per due giorni in Barcelona con la famiglia, dove abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità anche se il bagno era condiviso con gli altri ospiti non ci ha creato nessun disagio, era sempre pulito. Vicino al tutto sia a piedi che in macchina/ autobus. Consigliatosimo !

Fue una pésima experiencia. La comunicación con la host fue muy mala, tuvo actitudes muy groseras y hasta amenazó con no dejarnos pasar por la hora (cuando el motivo del retraso tal como se lo comentamos, fue que el tren salió mucho más tarde de lo programado). Se negó a tener la comunicación por Hoteles y sólo quería por WhatsApp, estuvo acosando por llamadas. El cuarto no era el que habíamos reservado. La atención y la experiencia fue tan mala que ni nos quedamos en este hospedaje, nos tuvimos que cambiar a un hotel. Si quieren disfrutar su viaje en Barcelona, no consideren este hospedaje. Y no somos los primeros con esta experiencia, pueden revisar en Google Maps y tienen malos comentarios. Lástima que haya esta clase de hosts en la plataforma de Hoteles y ni se hagan cargo de nada.

Chambre et appartement très propre, et très bien placée et la personne qui nous a accueilli était elle aussi formidable. Cependant la chambre donnait sur la rue et c'était extrêmement bruyant ! Les murs sont très fins et le lit grince malgré qu'il soit très confortable.
