The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very helpful. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer and a coffee maker. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to use the elevator and being close to public transportation definitely would stay again!
We had a great experience. Mark, the property manager, was easily reachable and super kind. The building was quiet and was nearby many restaurants and close to metro stops. Property was beautiful and well appointed.

The property was clean, safe, and as described. Air conditioning worked great. Host was responsive and very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Lots of little places to eat nearby. Convenient to public transport. Loved our time here.
Mark was easy to communicate with and helped us out by letting other members of our party in when they arrived on a different flight while we were out sightseeing. House had good space to spread out, AC in every room was great. Would recommend and stay here again.
Overall great experience place looks like the pictures. Good location only slight problem with the dryer but I’m sure that will be fixed and the renter said he’ll fix it. Solid stay overall.
Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location
Mark and Carlos were great, with answering questions on luggage storage and what to expect and recommending local sights. The apartment was quite clean and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and it's an easy walk to Sant Antoni market. Las Ramblas is about 1/2 hour walk. Gracias, Mark and Carlos, for a wonderful visit to your beautiful city!
Overall the stay was perfect. It’s as advertised. The only note is the beds are very firm and we couldn’t get the dryer to dry well. I would stay here again thou. The owner was very nice and friendly.
1-The location was amazing. Close to metro stops, great restaurants and St Antoni market.
2-The space was very large with two full bathrooms and three great bedrooms. Very clean.
3-The host was friendly, communicated very well, and was helpful giving information.
I would recommend this location to anyone and would use it again if/when I return to Barcelona.
We really enjoyed the neighbor location. We ate at many of the local restaurants. Groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, pizza and empanadas were all within a short walk. Our family of 5 adults stayed for a week at this flat. Everything was clean and the unit was adequately stocked. Beds and aircon were all comfortable. Felt very safe. Host very responsive. Great stay.
The flat was just perfect in both location and amenities. Spacious and well appointed, we felt right at home in Sant Antoni and felt like locals by the end of the 5 days.
Mark was a great help and super communicative. When we couldn’t figure out how to shut the blinds, he made a special trip to show us in person.

The rental process was smooth. Meet someone at the apartment to receive keys. Maybe a digital lock would be a good investment. Would allow renters to arrive at all hours. Anyway the apartment is with in walking distance to La Rambla and a lot of attractions. Restaurants are everywhere. It’s off the Main Street a little so it’s super quiet. Two bathrooms were great and bedrooms were decent sized. We were only three adults so we had plenty of room. The negatives to this place are the shutters, could not operate the one in one bedroom or the living room. Sunlight comes in bright around 8am. All in all pretty nice spot and I’d do it again.
This apartment on the six floor (with elevator!) is facing a very busy street with lots of traffic. Two bedrooms are facing the street, the third one is an interior (small) bedroom. The balcony on the photo looks larger than it is (it is a small patio balcony facing the busy street). Two bathrooms with showers, both on the smaller side. Spacious kitchen with washing machine and dryer (but no dishwasher). Beds were small queen-sized, plus in the two larger bedrooms each had an extra single bed in it. We used the apartment as a couple, which was very comfortable. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants are close by, and we picked the neighbourhood based on previous visits. Friendly in-person check-in and easy communication throughout.
