"Beanstandung der Leistung vom 18-22.10.2023 Object #10903881 Reservierung erfolgte für zwei Erwachsene 2 Schlafzimmer 1 Badzimmer (nur Dusche) und weitere Räumlichkeiten: Küche, Balkon Wie bereits telefonisch am 18.und 19.10.2013 beanstande ich den Mangel bei o.g. Buchung nochmals auf diesem Wege. Statt zwei Schlafzimmern wurden mir und meinem erwachsenen Sohn nur ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten statt der gebuchten zwei Schlafzimmer überlassen. Dies hat den Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt,...

"The room and bathroom was big and comfortable with lots of areas for storage. Mini kitchen was serviceable. They only offer housekeeping every three days. There was only one elevator that was consistently in service, the other two were being repaired or something. Not a ton of bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there’s a metro stop nearby."
