"I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel truly welcomed. The buffet breakfast was both delicious and healthy, offering a wide variety of options to start my day right. "We booked a week-long Expedia package to Barcelona to celebrate my 50th birthday with my 79-year-old mum and two sisters.

"The apartment was bare bones. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days, 1 tide pod for the washer, no cleaning supplies provided.
The pack and play was broken, there was no hair dryer when we arrived even though we had asked in advance ( they did bring one for us). We had an issue with the toilet that took almost 24 hours to get it fixed ( it wasnt flushing). The shower doesnt drain and you end up standing in 1.5 inches of water the whole shower, which if you want a hot shower, tha hot water only...
