"We booked the apartment and it's very spacious. It has kitchen and utensils. Microwave and stove. Bathroom is spacious too. Bakery and restaurants below the building. Walkable to everywhere, very close the "bookstore" and the "McDonald". It got real noisy on Friday night because of the restaurants, till 2am. Wifi is not the best."

"I really liked the area and how close it was to the historic center. The hostel and the staff were really nice. Just keep in mind that there’s stairs and no elevator. Overall, it was a great experience and a good place to stay in Porto."

"This property is absolutely brilliant, great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen! Lurdes is a great manager, the whole place is immaculate. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. There are buses available from Palacio Cristal which is 5 mins walk away. There is a Metro line under construction and a station due to open very close by in the near future. Don't let this put...

"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

"Room was small but we asked to upgrade and were able to get a larger room at a small cost. Very close to beach, bars and transport. Cafe underneath was very handy and pleasant."

"Lovely stay, thank you, prefect location to the beach. There was a knack to opening the door so I called and owner immediately answered no problem. I got a text message that morning with the details for the stay, not an email so I think this could be why others have had a problem, may rely on roaming. The lady at breakfast was absolutely wonderful with my son. Obrigado. "

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

"Very centrally located in Porto. Located right next to the beautiful Crystal Palace Park. Room was comfortable and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the free coffee. Only downside was that there was street noise. So if quiet is important, just be aware! "

"The location is very close to the light train station, just 10 minutes walk. All tourist attractions and restaurants are of walking distance, very convenient indeed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy. There is a coffee shop nearby (sorry, I have forgotten the name) which offers great coffee and nata."
