"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"The villa was absolutely lovely, and set in a stunning, quiet location near to many great places to visit. It had everything we needed to ensure that we were guaranteed a super holiday, including the added bonus of air conditioning which helped to keep us cool in the unexpectedly warm temperatures for end of September/early October. Our lovely host, Fiona, sent lots of really helpful information on places to visit, restaurants etc, which meant that we could really plan our holiday. Many thanks to Fiona and the local housekeeper for making our holiday so memorable!"
