"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "The hotel and scenario are breathtaking. The staff (from front desk staff to servers, cooks, bartenders, etc.) were amazing with their customer service, congeniality, and attentiveness. I was here for a family event and was able to fully enjoy myself. My massage experience was great as well. The food was well prepared with tasty options."
