Hotel and room had a terrible smell, old candy found under the bed, pool wasn’t working. Lady was never at the desk to get extra pillows and blankets from. Beds were comfortable and decent breakfast.

my first night was not good. but they are making good on that. check in was very slow, TVs did not work, air conditioning did not get below 73, mold in bathroom, only one ice machine working on the 4th floor. Changed rooms three times, still no TV or AC. Second night, three days later was much better, room was clean, air conditioner worked, coffee is great, breakfast is great. TV still did not work, Check in was delayed. Overall a much better night. Talked to Manager after a couple of days, she was going to fix items mentioned. One front desk member was rude, If they just fixed a few things I will return.

Our room was so big and nice. Looked really clean. Only thing the lighting in bathroom was dim, the lighting around the mirror wasn’t working. The coffee out in the lobby was awesome loved those machines. Also the warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast very nice haven’t stayed anywhere that had that.

Clerk who registered us has a kinda poor and rude attitude. Any questions that we asked her, her response was always the same “I don’t know, look it up.” Complained where we parked directly under the overhang right next to the entry doors, asking us rudely if that was our car, obviously it was since we’re the only ones in the lobby at that time) and demanding that we move it immediately. She was very unwelcoming, I guess that we were bothering her personal time. She is definitely not an asset to the business. Floor wasn’t vacuumed very well as there was still stuff on the floor. Bathroom was clean. Towels were very thin. Breakfast was fine. A/C kept the room nice and cool on a very hot day.

Had a very big spacious room. Staff at check in was nice. Parking lot well lite. Would highly recommend more lighting the bathroom, and over the refrigerator it is dark, the light when you come in door could also be brighter or have a small light over mirror in that area. Outside of the lighting the room was exceptional.
