La Casa del Faro

The house is located in Cabo de Ajo (Cantabria, Spain) and is a semi-detached chalet of 180 square meters with two large garden areas. The first garden, with stunning sea views, features a gazebo equipped with a barbecue and a pool that offers extraordinary views of both the sea and the city of Santander.

One of the most striking aspects of the property is the beautiful sea views and sunsets. The house has central heating and noble wood floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace where you can enjoy spectacular views. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds of 105 cm and offers incredible sea views, as well as a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed of 135 cm and a terrace with mountain views. The third bedroom has a bed of 150 cm. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a 200 cm bathtub and a washing machine.

The third floor is dedicated to a children's playroom, perfect for rainy days, and is equipped with toys, books, board games, and a Wii video game console.
