"The property is lovely, and the view is amazing. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, and our wine in the evening. The house is spacious and attractively decorated, but comfortable; perfect after a long day of exploring Tuscany. While the winding lane up to the house is not for the faint of heart, it was beautiful driving through the olive trees. Tanya is amazing! "Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it."

"We just finished staying in a very charming home with two bedrooms and one and one half bath that was perfect. It was a nice size for a couple or small family and overlooked the surrounding mountains. The views were great and full of lush green trees. It was nice having the swimming pool in the backyard with 100% privacy. Mossimo the host was great to work with!"

Coffee maker in smaller apartment did not work but we managed with the other one in the larger apt. WE had a great time and would reccommend it as a great place for family and friends"

An efficient 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat with private pool and epic views and sunsets within a 3 minute walk to an ancient hilltop village with a quality restaurant and friendly locals. "After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!"

Taxi took us into the town of Barga when we needed and picked us up ! Diego was also very quick to respond and willing to help out with anything we needed . Great experience. Thank you !"

"The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. A small point that did not detract from a great week in a stand out property. Highly recommended!"
