On the lower floor there is a large living room with a cosy fireplace corner, a dining room with French doors leading to the terrace and pergola, an open-plan kitchen with pantry, and another bedroom with ensuite bathroom (underfloor heating) and a separate toilet. The two bathrooms and toilets were newly renovated in 2022.
The mosaic-tiled pool measures 11x4 m and is secured by a fence and an alarm system. The sunbathing area around the pool is edged with natural stone.
