I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"Owner lives close by. Greeted me he saw me walking down to the dock. Extremely friendly and genuine person. When I stayed it was pretty chilly but the was no lack of things to do inside. I’m pretty sure the is a game for everybody. Then the supplies to take you outside, we’ll again I think he thought it through fishing poles, kayaks (of course with safety equipment), canoe, and so much more. "9 of us stayed for a trip to Busch gardens and colonial Williamsburg! Plenty of room, comfy beds and pretty grounds!"

"This townhome is located on a beautiful property that provides nice walking paths, a large beautiful pool and playgrounds. The townhome had 3 sitting areas and a nice patio with a new table and chairs, and a privacy fence. The beds were very comfortable and the closets and bathrooms were large. The kitchen is small but just what you need for a vacation. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom with kitchenette. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and the unit was extremely clean. Check in with super easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It was close to Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. We also did a trip to Yorktown while we were there and that wasn’t too far (under 30 minutes). We were in the upstairs unit and the people below us we could hear when they would go in and out. It wasn’t bad, but if noise bothers you, it might be an issue. We will definitely be back. We had a great time."
