Nice appartement for a short stay

We had short stay in the appartement during our visit to Bari. The appartement is very clean and a short walking distance from Old Town. There are some nice restaurants and cafetaria’s in the area. It was also convenient to have a secure and safe parkingspot. The online inchecking procedure was very easy. Only the instruction mentioned a remote control for entering the parking garage. After quite some time looking for a remote control, we decided to try one of the keys and that worked. On the second day the outside unit for heating and cooling went out. From that moment on we didn’t have any airco or warm water in te appartement. We messaged the owner, but he did not reply. Even after we informed him that we fixed the problem ourselves, by resetting the system.
