Schönes Haus, aber grottig verwaltet
Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und die Gartenliegen waren nicht vorhanden. Nach unserer Reklamation bei Herrn Bartolacelli passierte nichts und er war danach für uns bis zum Ende des Urlaubs telefonisch nicht mehr zu erreichen. Das geht natürlich nicht, denn man stelle sich vor, Wasser, Gas oder Strom wären ausgefallen. Bei der Übergabe wollte Herr Bartolacelli viel zuviel Geld für Strom ohne die verbrauchten Kilowattstunden mittels Zählerstand belegen zu können. Wir hatten nur Licht,Kühlschrank und Backofen als Verbraucher. Klimaanlage ging ja nicht. Schade, wir hätten das Haus gerne wieder gebucht, aber mit so einer Verwaltung dann lieber nicht.

Sehr guteLage. Ruhig und strandnah. Allerdings Probleme mit der Warmwasser Versorgung und des Öfteren Stromausfall. Für den günstigen Preis aber durchaus empfehlenswert.
