Tiberius was the gentleman that helped checked me in etc. Let's just say he went above and beyond what was expected. Get this man a raise asap. Great hotel and location in a great part of LES.

I arrived at 9:30 at night and left at 3:00 in the morning I was only intrested in getting some sleep . I don't remember much about the preoperty or the surrounding area. The staff were good at booking me a ride to and from La Guardia airport.

Overall, this is an outstanding hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was kept in excellent condition (absolutely spotless) and had fantastic amenities. Our only suggestion for improvement is softer mattresses and bedding.

The hotel employees were very friendly & welcoming. The rooms are a decent size for NYC. Only one VERY small there was a second mirror in the room to accommodate more guests getting ready at the same time.

Place was average. Some staff were nicer than others. Bathroom had a weird smell. Can hear everything in the hallway. Good location to things we wanted to do.
