"Amazing room and comfy bed. All newly refurbished. Lovely swans made on the bed with the towels. Used the pool and assume that area hasn’t finished been done yet - steam room needs refurbishing but sauna and swim were great. Bar at the back on the waterfront really nice."

"Lovely clean room and hotel was easy to find. Has a few issues with the key getting in and out the hotel and finding the parking initially but the staff were helpful"

"Fine weekend stay (even though I booked this hotel by mistake). We had dinner one night and it was very good. The cafe on the corner was another bonus, selling breakfasts, rolls, lunches etc. There was only 1 bath towel in a room for two people. I had to ask for another couple. The toilet seat in the ensuite was loose. Other than these minor moans, I could see that the owners had made efforts to put up nice pictures in the public areas and extra teas and coffees, toilet rolls and reading materials were situated in the hallways. Good car parking available too."

"Staff were very helpful. The room I was allocated was very good! Large room and excellent bathroom. Gym was very small and unfortunately no treadmill which was shown in the gallery."
