"Although the write up states the pool is 5 minutes drive away the photos indicate there is a pool on the premises. The photos show an empty pool but I would imagine it to be busy as it is in a sports centre. If you have children the times they can swim are very limited so we didn’t bother to use the pool. We hired a hot tub from the venue, they use Norfolk Spas and Leisure. The hot tub was filthy, I have photos. The delivery of the hot tub was made late because of a glitch with the Reply To Host...

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too."

"Everything we wanted and needed. 8 ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday. The barn is spacious, comfortable and homely. Perfect for a get together. The host was lovely and was willing to help and share her knowledge. There are clear instructions on how thiings work and dos and donts, which were useful. Absolutely no complaints at all. "The property is in a good location close to shops and pubs. It was good to be all on one level especilly as we had two dogs with us. It has a good sized garden. The Property Management Company were very quick to answer any questions we had."

"The house is exactly as described so suited our group well. Local area actually has some great places to visit - Langham Glass in Fakenham , the North Norfolk Railway not to mention the Thursford Collection virtually next door ! We divided our time between the garden and trips out (the seal watching was fabulous) . Good local restaurants too. Overall a really pleasing stay."

"Perfect location with parking outside. Only small front garden. Very clean and tidy but lower bedroom was slightly cold and took a couple of days to warm up. The ceramic lamps hanging over the dining table were a hazard and heads were bumoed several times as they are too low. Seating needs replacing to accommodate four people. Despite the comments we had a lovely holiday."

"My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."

"Beds clean and comfy with good quality linen, but 3 bedrooms had broken sash cords so windows could not open - uncomfortable at night in July. Excellent sitting rooms but not very clean - thick dust under furniture. Very poor internet - tv reception impossible much of visit. Good quantity of china (though some was dirty), cutlery and cooking equipment, but only a 3 mug cafetiere - we had to buy a filter machine to provide for 9 adults.
