"This property is in one of the best locations in Victoria. Filled with wildlife, felt so remote and yet only 15mins to Apollo bay. So relaxing and peaceful. The outside areas of the property itself was a bit rundown with the balcony in need of some repairs. There were a number of nails sticking out and some of the boards were rotted.
