"This place is not fancy, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the a/c blew cold and the showers were hot. The price was reasonable and appropriate. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot to lay your head at an affordable price this is the place."

"House was very clean, only complaint I have is that the living room furniture, sofas and chair need updating. They have been given a good deal of use and the covers are torn and seating is actually broken. The restaurant next door has the best French fries I’ve had and shouldn’t be missed plus the alligator hamburgers. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies are about a 10 minute car ride, otherwise there is nothing near the house, which makes it a quiet relaxing place to stay. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Recommend house for large family or family reunions:"

"Great little house. Highly recommend. The town of Oviedo is great. Lots of restaurants near by. And man the split units were great, probably the best part of the stay. Though it’s a small house, it felt very spacious. Check in was easy. The only downside was the owner was not as bubbly & friendly as the copy and pasted messages that were sent out before and after the stay. Had to send a couple messages to get a reply because I had some issues with a link but wasn’t bad enough to ruin the stay. Also smells a little bit like dogs inside the house but comes with the territory when it’s pet friendly. Still highly recommend the house."

"We were extremely impressed with this property and the owners. It’s clear they genuinely care about maintaining the home and about making sure their guests have a great experience.The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen and coffee bar were well equipped, and we appreciated all the thoughtful little touches—like extra outlets built into the nightstands for charging devices. Every detail seemed designed with convenience and comfort in mind.Communication from the owners was excellent from start to finish. The location was quiet and peaceful, with a relaxing view, making it a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring.It was also perfectly located for our trip—only about an 18-minute drive to Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), with beautiful scenic drives to the Space Coast attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this property to our family and friends!"

"The pictures of the property presented a chic residence. Upon arrival we found a residence in need of refreshing because of wear and tear that has not been addressed. Touch up wall painting is needed, along with removal or repair of upholstery on chairs in bedrooms - these appeared to be old dining room chairs placed in bedrooms. Granted, each bedroom benefits from chair availability, however, the chair should not be shabby. Additionally, the outdoor plastic furniture is dirty and had droppings (rodent versus bird) on some of the seats. Inside we found occasional silverfish and beetles - regular extermination is needed. The ice-maker in the freezer does not work - couriously, ice trays were in the freezer. One of the bathrooms had a toilet with back-up upon first flush, requiring plunging - curiously, a plunger was behind that toilet. The 2 bedrooms with the Jack and Jill bathroom were hot on arrival and they stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Inspection of the air conditioning condenser reveals the capacity is too small for the size and compartmentalized design of the house. Towels and wash cloths were uniformly dingy. New ones should be bought, and bleach and whitener should be used during each wash."
