"I regret to say that my stay was not enjoyable. Traveling alone from the United States with three pieces of luggage, I found it challenging to manage without assistance. The front desk staff simply instructed me to take my bags upstairs myself, and the elevator was too small to accommodate all my luggage. Additionally, the room did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. The lack of help with my bags was a significant inconvenience."
