"O atendimento não é nada empático. Falta cordialidade dos recepcionistas. Tive que trocar de apartamento. O primeiro estava com o ar condicionado quebrado. O segundo, o ar estava comprometido também e o quarto cheirava mofo. O café da manhã é muito fraco. O ponto alto do hotel é a localização."
