"The spa was excellent - both the facials And massages. The room was large and had a lovely terrace. The hotel restaurant menu was limited but the bar staff talked to the kitchen staff and they made what we wanted to eat. "

Wonderful staff - our arrival was delayed and sat nav got us lost but the guy stayed late, came and found us, called ahead to a restaurant so we could still get served, and all with a big, friendly, welcoming smile. Exceptional service, thank you so much."

"Breakfast was outstanding. fabulous croissants, hard boiled eggs, cappuccino, selection of fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. The 3 large breakfast tables were beautifully set and the serving area was flooded with morning light with an expansive view towards to the north of the cathedral and Piazza Armerina."

The room was nice but needed an additional trash can. View was beautiful with morning sunrise! Only drawback was the bed was so hard and uncomfortable I could not sleep. Breakfast was amazing! Franka was super sweet and personable. Jessica too! "
