Hotel never found my reservation. I had confirmation from hotels.com. After long flight, i needed place to relax, but ran into issue of not having a room in new place. Spent hour on phone with Hotels.com agent to rebook in an another hotel.

Rooms are comfortable but very outdated. Bathroom shower heads need to be replaced and hot water takes atleast 10 minutes to come out.
