Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security.

I want a refund and someone to check into whether this is a real place. I got no response from the host and the buildings in the area could absolutely not have the rooms in the photos. It was a very awful area and we ended up booking somewhere else.
