Property is beautiful, pool is great but the staff is horrible. We asked for more towels, clean our rooms etc. nothing happened. Took 45 min to ck in. I have an emotional support prescription they charged me to have my dog then gave me the money back when I asked for the manager to ck the prescription again. Service is bad and slow.

I especially loved the breakfast and the swimming pool. Whenever I needed anything, the staff was very responsive, professional and friendly. I liked the safe, the refrigerator, the coffee and coffee machine in my room. Now you just need to add a microwave oven.

I love the hotel is unique and beautiful. The pool is amazing. I would like the hotel add in their rooms, tissues & body mirror. And it will be nice receive complementary bottle water every day.
