It's an ugly, uncomfortable, terrible hotel. Despite paying for four nights, I didn't stay any of them because the room was miserable. The photos on Expedia tell a different story. The day I checked in, I immediately left and found another hotel. A nightmare.

Do not stay if you want back pain

I had to be changed rooms twice because there is a nasty odor / smell / mold. Perhaps the most uncomfortable/unpleasant bed I have ever slept in a hotel, period. I reserved 2 rooms for my wife and I and the other for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. The beds are so uncomfortable I have a bad back pain. Not worth the hassle to stay at this hotel. Buyer beware!

I missed my flight connection in Medellin which meant I would arrive to the hotel at 6am dying for a bed. Knowing that they’d make me a no show if I didn’t show up before midnight: - I phoned them numerous times between 7 and 9 pm, no one picks up and voicemail is full - I message them thru Expedia app letting them know that I’d check in 6 am - I sent an email to reception with the same I arrive at the hotel and guess what? My room was gone. The super professional staff in the night shift doesn’t bother to pick up phone, to check email, to pick up Expedia portal messages… what is it that they actually do? Mystery As a result I was room less until, no refund compensation offered - I have now raised a complaint thru Hotels.com - and that’s what you get in this joke of hotel. It’s fair to say that the morning staff did try to help and was rather nice, they just could not kick someone out of a room and the night staff incompetency was not their fault. I’m very thankful to the morning receptionist, he was great, he managed to get me breakfast at least. Anyway, this was my experience at this place

Mal habitacion, super desayuno y servicio bien

Las habitaciones se notan muy maltratadas, paredes rayadas y golpeadas, las sabanas ROTAS muy mal, la cama como siempre cómoda pero se notaba que medio habían hecho el aseo porque encontré mugre en el piso, el aire funcionaba bien pero tenía un ruido fuerte, lo que le quita la tranquilidad a la habitación, el desayuno super rico, el guiso que hacen es DELICIOSO y en general el desayuno me encanta, es una de las razones por las que me hospedo allí, pero el mal estado de las habitaciones ya no es aceptable, no compensa lo que estoy pagando.

Buen hotel

El servicio y la limpieza son buenos. Las habitaciones son estrechas, sobre todo el sanitario. Las camas son cómodas. Se debe tener presente que la tarifa de pago incluya el IVA. La mía no la incluía y me tocó pagarla al llegar.
