"Wonderful place to stay. Excellent communication with very clear instructions and expectations. Parking was easy, nearby, and inexpensive. The hotel is so charming and comfortable. It offered SO much! The kitchenette has coffee, toaster, dishes you could use and wash, even beach towels to borrow. The aesthetic was lovely. Very clean! It was a perfect location with shops and cafes right outside the door. This is a place that felt respectful of other guests. The walls are thin so you can hear people come and go but the location and experience to be in the center of Old San Juan made it so worth it. They understand you are here to site see. I appreciated their accommodation to hold luggage. Overall, would highly recommend! We are a family of 5 and this worked, but I think even better for a couple as this had such a quaint, intimate feel. "

"I don't like that not have parking."

"Love that it's family friendly. That was a plus. The buffet food was good. They have varies of food each day. You could order from the menu but be aware, not everything is available. I really did not like the maid service. I was there for 4 days and none of them actually came in and clean and even provide fresh clean towels daily and take out my trash. Reported it 3 times before the 2 times they actually came. It could been better. "

"The room was amazing and the bed has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff were great super helpful and respectful. I love that they send you notifications to you cellphone and allow you to reach out to them with questions while on your stay via text. The private beach is superb and the pool was EVERYTHING!!! I am coming back here next year"
