"Amazing property with a perfect beach!!"

"After another perfect week at this truly stunning property, my family is ready to plan our next visit. The listing pictures do not do justice to the views and immediate access to the pristine, QUIET beach. All of the five-star reviews and accolades for Rick’s attention to detail and genuine care for his guests’ comfort and enjoyment are totally deserved, and we feel privileged to get to spend time at this spectacular place. Do yourself a favor and book it! "

"This house was just perfect for us - 6 adults and 5 kids under 6. The hosts and Angie have thought of everything, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Very responsive to any unforeseen issues. The view is breathtaking, pool crystal clean, and you can snorkel straight into the ocean from the house. We cooked at the house most nights, and kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils etc. A lot of towels and beach items. Multiple AC units and beds were very comfortable. Master suite especially is very lovely as you can take a bath and look out over the ocean. Not enough good things to say about this place. A couple tips: roads are bumpy if you rent a car, so would look at an off road vehicle, though very possible in our rental minivan. Stock up on groceries if planning to cook on your way in from George Town. There are smaller grocery stores close to the house, but if you’re wanting great quality and selection, stop in George Town. Don’t cook outside before dark at least this time of year just like they recommend! Flies come out of no where. Totally fine to cook after dark outside. Also highly recommend having the property manager Angie, a chef as her primary job, come cook for you at the house. Great food and very relaxing!"

"Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again."

"Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!"

"This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. The area is safe. My favorite was the kitchen, being an at home cook, I loved having EVERYTHING you would need to grill, bake, pan fry. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine and the tubs are not to miss. We watched the sunrise each morning. There are so many other things I could say about this fine home. But the final thing is this...my family, friends, and I will be back. "
