Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, todos muito educado e comprometidos, a estrutura do hotel não é muito boa,porém os quartos são bons. Localização excelente!!

Pessimas instalacoes. Quarto sem conforto algum. Eles vendem um quarto para 5 pessoas, quando na verdade eh um quarto apenas com 4 camas próximas. Banheiro sequer tinha cortina pra tomar banho, entao a cada banho, o banheiro ficava alagado. Os quartos ficam de frente pra rua, como uma sacada com portas de vidro, como se fossem consultórios em predios comerciais. Conclusao: MUITOOO BARULHO toda noite. Impossivel dormir e descansar minimamente. Ai junta que fica em uma avenida com movimento e a falta de nocao das pessoas qie passam todando pandeiro as 2h30 da madrugada (sim, literalmente isso). Cafe da manha meia boca, com paes ressecados, atendentes limitados a responder o basico do basico. Se perguntávamos algo diferente disso, nao sabiam responder. Eh uma cidade turistica com um dos lugares mais lindos do Brasil, deveriam investir mais. Um desastre, pessimo!

Para dormir é horrivel pelo barulho da rua

A hospedagem em si era razoavel pelo preço cobrado. Mas como fica em uma evenida movimentada, o barulho de madrugada é absurdo e da para ouvir dentro do quarto como se estivessemos na rua. Não da pra dormir direto e o café da manhã é bem fraco e acaba rapido alguns ingredientes.

As fotos enganam, a estrutura física do hotel é horrível, escadas que foram sendo improvisadas e isso causou degraus variando alturas de 08 a 35 centímetros, corrimões também mal feitos, os banheiros não tem ducha higiênica e nem a do chuveiro elétrico, o vaso sanitário estava solto. Depois de muito reclamar e até pedir ao hotéis.com para sair e cancelar o restante das diárias, arranjaram o quarto 001, que apesar de não ter box e nem cortina para o banho, é grande e tem ducha. Como tenho 67 anos e minha esposa também idosa, tomamos banho com todo o cuidado para não cair, pois o piso é bastante escorregadio. Na primeira noite sentimos calor pois o ar não gelava, no outro dia, pedi na recepção que consertasem, o que foi feito. O café da é servido no terceiro piso, com sete lances da escada relatada acima com 47 degraus. A nota 10 vai para todos os funcionários do hotel que foram muito atenciosos e cortezes.

Quarto bom, mas com pouco conforte.

O atendimento muito bom, mas o quarto a cama muito desconfortável, solicitei um quarto para um casal, quando cheguei lá tinha 4 camas de solteiro. O ar condicionado muito bom, banheiro muito estreito, chuveiro com água bem forte, acesso aos quartos escadas estreitas com degraus muito alto.

Boa localização

Ótima localização, principalmente para quem quer ir as praias. Para o Centro Histórico, fica uns 5km de distância. Fiz a pé e achei tranquilo. Pegar Uber/Taxi também sai super barato.
