"Check in was easy loved getting a text message personally from the front desk keeping up asking me if I needed anything. I’m giving me the text number personally if I needed something from them will definitely be there again."

"The room was elegant and roomy, filled with light and added touches like real plants and marble window sills. The shower was amazing. The toiletries were lovely. And they put out coffee in the lobby at 7:00."

"Hotel and room was beautiful. Upscale without being snooty. Very clean. Check in staff were just okay. No water or anything offered. No ice on any floor and had to go down to bar for a glass of ice. Mini fridge is so packed w hotel beverages for purchase there is no room for your own. No iron/board in room. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown events. No one mentioned that but it passed as we were walking to our event. "

"We checked in and as soon as we did, the people upstairs started stomping on the floor, which sounded like they were coming through our ceiling. I complained several times and nothing they kept us up all night. We didn’t get any sleep. It was the loudest and noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I will never state another Holiday Inn. "

"Had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths. Bed sheets were dirty. 2 roaches crawling on the floor. Left for home a day early. Should get a refund. My wife had to get a broom and sweep the floor right after the maids left."

"Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be uncomfortable. Definitely not what normal 21C hotels are like. "
