"The cleanliness was average. The pool was not open, and it did not specify on the website, or I would have booked elsewhere. The fire alarm went off 2 times during my stay, scaring the life out of my autistic child, still have no clue “WHY”. Housekeeping knocked 2 times without giving us time to open the door and opened the door, didn’t ask to to provide any service just looked in and walked out. Room did not get serviced during my stay , had to request toilet paper and clean towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was horrible. Pancake machine only one was available and the pancakes were doughy, after asking was the machine not turned up high enough the lady stated that’s how it’s supposed to be. "

"We just had a quick over night stay. Left before breakfast. But the check-in went smoothly. The room was clean. I had a couple of questions for the room. The door would not open. But was told to lift the up not down. Then it worked perfectly. Also the room AC looked like you would adjust it at the unit. But then found out it had a wall control thermostat. All in all it was a good stay "

"The main reason we stayed was for the indoor pool and hot tub, which was closed for renovation and not advertised . Breakfast was decent , but the hotel in the rooms are a little rundown . "
