"It was most unsatisfactory!!!! I booked this stay by the photos shown in the Hotels.com booking site. That is not what I received. My room was not clean, I had no bed cover as pictured, and the front desk informed me, they don’t service the rooms until Sundays. There were no wash clothes, the sink faucet barely released any water and it was not hot. It was horrible and there were no resolutions. I was tired from traveling so I just made do. However, I will never stay here again. Foot note: I was told to come to the front desk and pick up towels and a trash bag. 😞. Never again!!!!!!!!"

"Hotel is at the best 2 stars. Old, dirty, and not his seems to work. It’s in need of remodeling 10 years ago. Stay so where else. "

"The staff was very lovely and was able to help with everything we needed. Some of the amenities are questionable though. The hot tub was broken and out of service and the outdoor pool was absolutely filthy. Also, the soaps in my bathroom were not filled, and I did not notice until I was already in the shower. It’s a nice hotel. Gets the job done. And the restaurant and breakfast are nice and good quality. "

"Airport shuttle runs from 5 am to I believe midnight. If you have a 6am flight you will need to get a Lyft or an Uber. The room was very clean and the staff were nice. The bar/ food area was closed due to a licensing issue. "
